Last week Coreena and I met at Starbucks to discuss the lovefit training program. She was surprised to find out how very simple the program is and probably a little annoyed that she hadn't taken previous action to thwart off the unwanted pounds.
I will summarize what we discussed so that you the reader can follow along with the program and ask me questions along the way.
lovefit weekly training program
Exercise
-2 hours cardio
-2 hours resistance training
-2 hours stretching/yoga
-Divide among 6 days allowing 1 day off
Diet
-3 meals (protein, carb, veggie)
-2 snacks (protein, veggie)
-1500 calories or less per day!
It's that simple!

Lost 7lbs (trained with me twice)
